Graduated from Riga University of Technology Faculty of Radio Engineering (1980).  He is working in intellectual property field since 1993. State certified patent attorney since 2001, European Patent, Trademark and Design Attorney since 2005. He is a member of Latvian Association of Patent Attorneys and INTA. He specializes in the field of inventions, trademarks and industrial designs. Voldemars is a European cooperation agent of Wayne.
